- working experience in customer support or call center is preferred
- must be fluent in English. If you know other language like Japanese, Korean or Mandarin is an advantage
- little knowledge on IT
- willing to work on shift
- pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- good telephone ethics
