This morning some of my colleagues were heading to the bank nearby to bank in their pay checks. When they're approaching the counter, they noticed almost every bank tellers are looking at them with a smiley face. Puzzled, it's pretty much different than usual. When they're asking for the service, they got this reply: "Sorry, the system is down".
Perhaps the only time that employee would feel happy is when
they are not blamed for not doing work.
